Norwegian Checked Baggage Allowance Summary
Customers must be over 18 years of age and look over-sized to take their bag into the hold. If a customer has checked a 20 kg bag, they are able to carry on one carry-on piece and one hand baggage.
Customers who purchase a Flex or Premium ticket often have the option to check baggage for travel. Baggage must be less than 22 x 15 x 40 inches and not exceed 25 pounds.
Infants under two years of age can have a 5 kg checked luggage allowance, either in a separate bag or part of the luggage accompanying the adult, plus one car seat and one buggy.
If you purchase baggage allowances in the airport, they cost $40 per bag for domestic flights and $70 per bag for international flights. The higher rates apply to connecting flights. Baggage allowances can also be purchased online by a person depending on the route, number of bags and the costs.
